Remember the Poor


It's curious that three times in today's readings the subject of the poor came up.

Mat 26:11 For ye have the poor always with you; but me ye have not always.


Gal 2:10 Only they would that we should remember the poor; the same which I also was forward to do.


Pro 21:13 Whoso stoppeth his ears at the cry of the poor, he also shall cry himself, but shall not be heard.
