Conflict in Three Worldviews

There's a pretty good audio on Wretched Radio back on Feb 8th.

Most of you have probabally not been to this site. Run by Todd Friel it has the style of chirstian satire so be warned that you may not initially feel comfortable with it. But Todd is solid in the gospel so hang in there.

This is one of the clearest 60,000 ft views of the differences of the 3 major worldviews: Man's, Islam's, and the Gospel's.

Links on my blog would be useful to fill in the details: Summit Ministries in particular has very organized presentations of each worldview. But all the sites will lead you deeper through posted articles, discussions, videos and books.

One point brought up in the above audio is that words have meaning: we may use the same word but use a different dictionary.

Something else, I think I'm beginning to understand is that in today's news and discussions there is a growing emphasis on: dialogue, conversation, interaction, cooperation, unification, tolerance, etc. etc. choose your own words, going on at all levels. Seems that all sorts of deluded or hidden or disguised agendas as well as open positionings are going on. Every idea seems to be presented in the context that it's the way and that it's the truth and it's good.

One of my favorite phrases from Summit is:

"Ideas have consequences; bad ideas have bad consequences"
